Join Us at The Elms for Our First Annual Easter Egg Hunt!
Celebrate Easter with us at The Elms for a fun-filled day of egg hunting, music, and prizes! Enjoy a live DJ, exciting giveaways, and special photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, who will be onsite for meet-and-greets. Plus, capture the fun at our photo booth!
Time Slots & Prizes:
11 AM - 12 PM – For participants under 18 (Kid-friendly prizes)
1 PM - 2 PM – For participants under 18 (Kid-friendly prizes)
4 PM - 5 PM – Adults-only (18+) with prizes including overnight stays, spa credits, and more!
Cost: $10 per person plus booking fee (Children 4 and under are FREE!)
Terms & Conditions – The Elms First Annual Easter Egg Hunt
1. Rain or Shine Event – The Easter Egg Hunt will take place regardless of weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, a backup option will be available inside the hotel.
2. Egg Contents & Prizes – Eggs will be filled with candy, and some eggs will contain a ticket redeemable for a prize. Prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.
3. Egg Collection Limits – To ensure a fair experience for all participants, there will be a set limit on the number of eggs each person can collect. This information will be provided upon arrival.
4. Check-In & Wristbands – All participants must check in at the front desk upon arrival by providing the name under which they registered. Paid participants will receive a wristband, which must be worn to participate in the event.
5. No Refunds – All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
6. Bring Your Own Basket – Participants are responsible for bringing their own basket or bag to collect eggs.
